The aim is not to stop protecting yourself. It is to understand protection well enough that it no longer has to make every important decision for you.
You don't have to know exactly what you need yet.
There isn't one compulsory path through this work.
You might begin because you keep repeating something you don't understand.
You might be curious about your Human Design.
You might already know where you leave yourself and want a practice that helps you return.
Each offering has a different job.

About this work
Hi, I'm Kirsten
I am the founder of Grounded Spirituality™, an Intuitive Kinesiologist and spiritual mentor.
My own spiritual journey began in familiar places: meditation, energy work, altered states of awareness, symbolic systems and the search for deeper understanding.
Those experiences mattered.
But I began noticing something.
I could have profound insight and still return to ordinary life and find myself doing the same things.
Over-functioning. Adapting.
Swallowing what I needed.
Organising myself around everyone else. Knowing something intellectually and still losing access to it when something meaningful was actually at stake.
That became one of the questions underneath Grounded Spirituality™:
What is actually organising the way we live when insight alone hasn't changed it?
My work now brings together deep pattern recognition, nervous system and somatic awareness, relational inquiry, kinesiology, Human Design and other reflective maps inside one larger methodology.
Not to tell a woman who she is.
To help her understand what may have been organising her away from herself, and become increasingly able to include herself in the life she creates from here.
