My spiritual journey began in familiar places: meditation, energy work, past-life exploration, and altered states of awareness. Those experiences were real and meaningful, and they gave me sensitivity, insight, and language.

But they didn’t translate into how I lived.

I could access depth and presence in a class, a session, or away from home — yet the moment I returned to everyday life, I would slip back into familiar survival patterns. Managing. Adapting. Over-functioning. Returning to what felt known and safe.

I felt stuck — not because the work was wrong, but because something essential was missing.

What finally shifted everything was learning how to ground awareness into my body and regulate my nervous system. Regulation wasn’t an addition to the spiritual journey — it was the foundation that allowed insight to integrate and hold.

Only when my system felt safe enough to stay present did real change become possible.

Looking back, that journey was exact. Each experience gave me a piece of what I now bring into my work — not as theory, but as something embodied, tested, and lived.
