General Terms and Conditions for Studio Hire:
Booking and Payment:
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a the booking confirmation and payment of hire.
Cancellation Policy:
Client Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the hire date will forfeit 100% payment.
Studio Cancellation: The studio reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.
Hire Period:
Start and End Times: The hire period starts and ends at the times specified in the booking confirmation.
Overtime: Exceeding the agreed hire period will incur additional charges at a rate of $15AUD per hour.
Studio Usage:
Permitted Use: The studio is to be used solely for the event is has been booked for.
Prohibited Activities: Activities involving hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety:
Compliance: Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that all participants are informed of emergency procedures.
Equipment and Facilities:
Included Equipment: The hire includes access to [list of equipment].
Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities during the hire period.
Insurance:
Liability Insurance: Clients are required to hold public liability insurance.
Proof of Insurance: A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided prior to the hire date.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Client Responsibility: The studio must be returned to its original condition.
Termination:
The studio reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions.
